Role Overview

This role is designed for early-career developers who want to build strong fundamentals in software development while working on real business applications. You’ll work under guidance, contribute to projects, and gradually take ownership as your skills grow.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and develop software components based on business requirements ● Write and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code ● Collaborate with team members during sprint planning and development cycles ● Perform unit testing and fix issues found during reviews ● Debug and resolve basic production or development issues ● Contribute to documentation and maintain code quality ● Continuously learn and improve existing systems

Qualifications & Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field ● Around 2+ years of experience in software development ● Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and SQL Server ● Understanding of object-oriented programming and coding principles ● Familiarity with Git and version control systems ● Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practices

Must-Have Non-Negotiables

● Hands-on experience with backend development (C#, .NET) ● Ability to write clean and maintainable code ● Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills ● Ability to understand and implement business requirements ● Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment

Nice-to-Have Skills & Bonus Qualifications

● Experience with frontend frameworks like React ● Knowledge of microservices architecture ● Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure ● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
